I just received these today and threw them on to get an idea of what they'll look like. I have to say, I'm in love! I have medium-thick hair that is shoulder length and 18" gives me a full head of hair. They also blend great with my naturally dark brown hair. There is a little shedding, but it's no more than my natural hair sheds. I Recommend.
