RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at Kriyya. To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.
For cancellations, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, free of cost, custom order is excluded.
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. Please see our return policy on how to return your order.
RETURN PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY
We are happy to accept all eligible products for returns.
Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
- Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
- Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
- Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
- The frontal lace was cut or damaged
- The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
- The item was damaged or the original status was changed
- Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.
EXCHANGE POLICYWe allow one free exchange on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria. If you want to exchange the order a second time, there is no restocking fee. If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded onto your original payment method. You can cancel or change your order at any time before it has been shipped for free. Once it has been shipped and it is on its way to you it cannot be changed or canceled and will need to be returned. If you are not satisfied with your exchange, you can return it for a refund. See our return policy.
HOW DO I RETURN？
1. Contact Kriyya customer service: online service, online message, email or phone call.
2. We will confirm with you and please make sure that the product is eligible.
3. Return the product to the return address
4. Please offer the waybill number of the returning pack, and the refund will be arranged after we receive the product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
