  • Can I bleach and dye the hair by myself?

    Yes, human hair products are dyeable. Blonde, Platinum Blonde hair are the best colors to a darker color. Be sure to remove any styling products before dying it. Off Black is the best choice to bleach. We strongly recommend you to dye or bleach hair by trained professional hair stylist. we are not responsible and can not accept any returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been treated with dye, toner, or any color depositing shampoos/conditioners/products. Also, we will be unable to provide an exchange or refund for sets that have been damaged due to bleaching.

  • Should I buy temporary or permanent hair extensions?

    This depends on what kind of results you want and your day to day activities. If you want extensions that you don’t have to wear all the time and can install yourself, then clip in is the best option. You simply attach the clips before you go out and it will take you only a couple of minutes. When the day is over, just take them out and store them. If you don’t have the time to put hair in every day, then you should think about more permanent options. There are a lot to choose from, like I-Tips, U-Tips, and Tape-Ins, and all of them give great results.

    1. Wash your clip in hair extensions with warm water and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Conditioner do not touch the scalp, wipe down from the middle. Use a towel to twist off the water, it is best to dry naturally. 2. Gently comb and brush your clip in hair extensions, make sure all knots and tangles are gone. Never comb through your hair extensions while they are wet and only use hot tools when they are dry 3. When the clip in human hair extensions is wet, do not sleep and comb. When you sleep, you can put your clip hair extensions on a ponytail or put it in a pillowcase to prevent hair from knotting. 4. Minimize use of heat styling tools.

  • How To Wash A Human Hair Wig?

  • How To Cut The Front Lace?

    It is strongly recommended to try on the wig first to make sure it will look good on you before cutting the lace. Once the lace is cut the wig will not be eligible for return. For lace front wigs, the front lace should be cut to make the hairline look natural. To cut the lace, pull down the lace gently and using scissors, cut the extra lace carefully and a little at a time. Treat it as your own hairline which is not perfectly straight but natural. Cut slowly, so you can see if you are cutting it in the right way.

  • How Long Do Human Hair Wigs Last?

    Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel. And while they can be the more expensive pick, with the proper care, they are also more durable. We ship worldwide! FREE shipping to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia & Australia. We can offer a very efficient service, with orders being dispatched with in 24 hours of payment (apart from days where the postal service isn't running, such as Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays).

USA Deliveries

Here is a list of the delivery and their delivery times:

Customers in USA may receive the postage from USPS, UPS Standard and DHL, which are tracked service that usually arrives on time. Delivery times are:

Delivery from the warehouse in CA.: 2-3 working days after the day of postage.
Delivery from factory: 3-5 working days after the day of postage

Overseas Deliveries

1. The package will be delivered by DHL in the following area, and delivery times are:
Delivery to North America: 3-5 working days after the day of postage
Delivery to Europe: 3-5 working days after the day of postage.
Delivery to Australia & Southeast Asia: 3-5 working days after the day of postage.

However, although DHL is reliable, the actual postage time may longer than this.

2. Customers in Middle East, South America and Africa will be serviced by FedEx, which is a tracked service that usually arrives on time, and $18 shipping fee will be charged in the website. Delivery times quoted are:
Delivery to Middle East: 4-7 working days after the day of postage.
Delivery to South America: 4-7 working days after the day of postage.
Delivery to Africa: 5-9 working days after the day of postage.

If you need more shipping information of your item, you would need to contact us by mail or phone to check. The delivery will be arranged when the parcel arrives at the local post office, and if you are not at home when the package is delivered, please follow the message left for the delivery, or you may go to the post office to pick it up.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.

    For cancellations, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, free of cost, custom order is excluded.

    Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
